This policy describes how Louisiana Swamp Power & Soft Wash ("we") handles information you provide through louisianaswamproofcleaning.com.

What we collect

• Information you submit through our quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you include about the work you need.
• Attribution data attached to a form submission: the page you were on, the site that referred you, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags or a Google click identifier) if present in the link you followed.
• Analytics data if analytics is enabled: standard usage information such as pages viewed and general location, collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and schedule and perform work.
• To contact you about your request by phone or email, and by text only if you opt in to review-request texts as described below.
• To understand which marketing brings in genuine inquiries.

How it's shared

Form submissions are transmitted to our lead-management system (LeadForge) so we can follow up and track the job. We use service providers (such as our website host and analytics provider) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the optional review-request box on our quote form, we store your phone number, your choice, the time you agreed, the page you used, and the exact wording you agreed to. We use that number only to send automated review-request texts after a completed service, up to 2 messages per completed service (one request and one reminder). Message and data rates may apply. This consent is optional and is not required to request a quote or purchase services. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal and tax obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've given us by contacting us using the details on our contact page. You can opt out of analytics with a browser setting or extension.
